These Terms of Service govern your use of Top Stock Trading's website, course platform, and SMS alert service. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a course, or subscribing to our SMS service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Educational Content Only

All content provided by Top Stock Trading — including course material, SMS alerts, trade ideas, watchlists, and any other communications — is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing we provide constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planning firm. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.

No Guarantee of Results

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance — including any trades or ideas we share — is not indicative of future results. You may lose some or all of your capital. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

Course Access

• Upon purchase, you receive access to the course content for personal, non-commercial use
• You may not share, resell, redistribute, or reproduce course content in any form
• Access is granted to one individual account only — account sharing is prohibited
• We reserve the right to terminate access for violation of these terms

SMS Alert Service

• SMS alerts are one-way communications — we send, you receive
• Alerts are swing and long-term trade ideas with a full thesis — not real-time day trading signals
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or profitability of any alert
• Subscription is month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time
• No refunds are issued for partial months

Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Course purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted. SMS subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, videos, quizzes, trade alerts, and platform technology are the exclusive property of Top Stock Trading. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Top Stock Trading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or any trading decisions made based on our content.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
